Paypal is our preferred method of payment for all orders. If for some reason Paypal isn’t viable for your payment, please contact us. Payment methods other than Paypal may delay shipment of your order. We gladly accept PayPal. If you’re not already a PayPal member, signing up is easy! Once you have joined PayPal, you can send your payment by entering our e-mail address in the “Recipient’s E-Mail” field on the “Send Money” tab of PayPal. Please make sure you supply us with all the information we’ll need to properly ship your item! Payment must be confirmed.

Since we are an NY company, we are required by state law to charge 9.25% sales tax when shipping to NY addresses only.
Yes we do, please email us your request for a pickup. Pickup is available Monday thru Friday during normal business hours upon appointment with us.
Some products may be shipped outside the USA. Please check the item’s listing for shipment details.
The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page. Most items Free Shipping in the lower 48. Other locations, the shipping will be clearly stated- We can not ship engines or large frames outside of the USA – sorry

If a package arrives damaged, please contact us and hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by the shipment company. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you can contact us for further details.
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 3:00 P.M. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. If there’s ever a problem with an order, we’ll contact you ASAP.
We ship all of our items via UPS or USPS. All of our items ship under our own UPS account, no exceptions.
After your order has been processed and shipped, UPS usually takes 1-6 business days to deliver. If you need your item faster , expedited shipping is available at an additional cost at time of check out if available. If its not displayed, that means it is not available at your shipping location
